About University

In 1981, the university was built as a branch of Cairo University.

- The University of Beni-Suef was built by the Republican Decree n.84 of 2005 and thus becomes independent of the prestigious university of Cairo. It contains the following faculties: Faculty of Commerce, Faculty of Law, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Faculty of Arts, Faculty of Science, Faculty of Education, Faculty of Pharmacy, Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Nursing, Faculty of Physical Education, Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Industrial Education, Institute of Nursing, Faculty of Computer Science, Faculty of Dentistry, Faculty of Mass Communication, Faculty of Economics, Faculty of Agriculture, Faculty of Health Science, Faculty of Physiotherapy, Faculty of Social Science, Faculty of Applied Arts, Faculty of Kindergarten, the university also has a university hospital, an open learning center, a large conference hall, and a printing house.
