This morning, Professor Dr. Mamdouh Mekawy, Dean of the Faculty, held a meeting with faculty members and the assisting staff, in the presence of Professor Dr. Nesreen Hossam El-Din, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, and Professor Dr. Islam Othman, Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research, within the framework of the ongoing preparations for the first-semester exams of the academic year 2025/2026.
The meeting discussed the mechanisms for organizing examinations and adhering to the approved regulations and guidelines, in a manner that ensures the smooth conduct of the examination process and provides an appropriate environment for students. Emphasis was also placed on the importance of adhering to the established examination schedules and ensuring accuracy in the preparation of examinations in accordance with quality standards and examination paper specifications.
During the meeting, the Dean of the Faculty emphasized the necessity of cooperation among all academic and administrative departments and the intensification of efforts to ensure the regular conduct of examinations without obstacles. He also stressed the role of faculty members in monitoring students and responding to their inquiries throughout the examination period.
