Dean of the Faculty of Mass Communication Beni Suef University Emphasizes Regularity of the Educational Process During Meeting at the Start of the Second Semester

In line with the directives of Prof. Dr. Tarek Ali, President of Beni Suef University, Prof. Dr. Mamdouh Mekawy, Dean of the Faculty of Mass Communication, held an extensive meeting on Sunday, February 8, 2026, with the faculty’s vice deans, heads of academic departments, directors of centers, as well as faculty members and teaching assistants, on the occasion of the start of the second semester of the 2025/2026 academic year.

The Dean began the meeting by welcoming the attendees, praising the efforts of faculty members and teaching assistants in supporting the educational process, and extending his thanks to the University President for his continuous support in advancing the university and its faculties.

During the meeting, Prof. Dr. Mamdouh Mekawy discussed the preparations for the second semester, emphasizing the importance of full regularity in the educational process, adherence to lecture schedules, and the commencement of classes from the first day of the semester, along with the necessity of regular attendance by faculty members and teaching assistants.

He also stressed the importance of closely following up on academic advising activities and electronic course registration for students, as well as coordinating the distribution of courses at the National University in a way that ensures no conflict with the teaching schedules of faculty members at the Faculty of Mass Communication.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the Dean affirmed the faculty administration’s commitment to providing a disciplined and motivating educational environment that contributes to achieving quality education and enhancing students’ academic standards.
