The First Scientific Seminar of the Public Relations and Marketing & Digital Communications Program

Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Mamdouh Mekawy, Dean of the Faculty of Mass Communication; Prof. Dr. Islam Othman, Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research; and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Noha El-Talawy, Head of the Department of Public Relations and Advertising, and under the supervision of Dr. Esraa Hassan, the Scientific Seminar Coordinator, the Master’s Program in Public Relations and Marketing & Digital Communications held today the first session of its scientific seminar activities.
During the seminar, the research proposal submitted by Hossam El-Aroush, a teaching assistant in the department, was discussed. The seminar was attended by a number of faculty members and teaching assistants at the faculty, including Assoc. Prof. Dr. Omnia Abdel Rahman, Director of the Quality Assurance Unit, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Shahenda Atef, Head of the Department of Radio and Television.
The seminar also witnessed strong interaction from graduate students as well as undergraduate students of the department.
Members of the seminar praised the quality of the submitted research proposal and offered several remarks and suggestions that would contribute to enriching the research topic and its academic field.
