Dean of the Faculty of Mass Communication Beni Suef University Holds Meeting with Administrative Staff and Honors the Ideal Employee

In line with the directives of Prof. Dr. Tarek Ali, President of Beni Suef University, Prof. Dr. Mamdouh Mekawy, Dean of the Faculty of Mass Communication, held an extensive meeting with Mr. Mohamed Khalifa, the Faculty Secretary-General; Ms. Iman Abdallah, Deputy Secretary of the Faculty; and members of the administrative staff to follow up on the progress of administrative work and discuss mechanisms for improving performance at the beginning of the second semester of the 2025/2026 academic year.

The Dean began the meeting by welcoming the administrative staff, praising their vital role in supporting the educational process and emphasizing the importance of teamwork to achieve administrative discipline and provide distinguished services to students.

During the meeting, several topics related to organizing administrative work were discussed, including accelerating the completion of procedures, adhering to working hours, and emphasizing good interaction with students and visitors to the faculty.

On the sidelines of the meeting, Ms. Ola Hussein, Director of the Graduate Studies Administration, was honored and awarded the title of “Ideal Employee” in recognition of her outstanding efforts, dedication to her duties, and her effective role in developing the work system within the Graduate Studies Administration.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the Dean affirmed the faculty administration’s commitment to supporting the administrative staff and addressing any obstacles they may face, in a way that serves the public interest and enhances the efficiency of institutional performance within the faculty.
