**"A Journey on Hold" Participates in the Helsinki Short Film Festival**

As part of Beni Suef University and the Faculty of Mass Communication’s support for their creative students and encouragement to excel and compete locally and internationally—and under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Tarek Ali, President of the University, Prof. Dr. Mamdouh Makawy, Dean of the Faculty, and the supervision of Prof. Dr. Nesreen Hossam El-Din, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs—the short film *“A Journey on Hold”*, a graduation project by students of the Department of Radio and Television, took part in the Helsinki International Short Film Festival.
The film, created by a group of Radio and Television students as their graduation project, reflects a distinguished level of professionalism both in concept and execution. Its participation represents a significant step in showcasing students’ creative potential and affirming the Faculty of Mass Communication’s role in nurturing and refining talents.
On this occasion, the Dean expressed his happiness with this achievement, emphasizing that it is the fruit of years of study and training, and a strong motivation for students to pursue their professional careers in media and filmmaking.
