Dean of the Faculty of Mass Communication at Beni Suef University meets with the administrative team of BSU Radio & TV

In line with the Faculty of Mass Communication at Beni Suef University’s keenness to support media activities and practical training for students, and under the patronage of Professor Dr. Tarek Ali, President of the University, Professor Dr. Mamdouh Mekkawi, Dean of the Faculty, held a meeting with the administrative team of students of BSU Radio & TV to follow up on the workflow within the channel and discuss ways to develop the media content presented by the faculty’s students.

The meeting was attended by Dr. Shahenda Atef, Head of the Radio and Television Department; Ms. Shorouk Youssef, Director of BSU Radio & TV channel; Mr. El-Hussein Khattab, Assistant Lecturer at the Radio and Television Department; as well as a number of faculty members and students participating in the channel’s media activities.

During the meeting, the Dean of the Faculty commended the efforts of the channel’s team in presenting distinguished student-produced content that reflects the identity of the faculty and keeps pace with developments in modern media. He also affirmed the faculty administration’s commitment to providing full support to students in order to develop their practical skills in the fields of preparation, filming, presentation, and directing.
The meeting also discussed plans for developing upcoming programs and media activities, mechanisms for enhancing cooperation between the academic departments and the channel to link the theoretical aspect with practical application, and the announcement of joining the channel’s work team in the near future.
